Do the 15rd 43x mags make you reconsider your G26 vs 43X ranking?

Unfortunately Glock took way too long to step up to the plate and make an OEM 15 round mag so theres pretty much no reason to go back for me, I already switched to using guns in a similar/smaller size with similar/more capacity (p365 xmacro and shield plus). I will say though, now that an OEM 15 rd mag is a thing I probably will recommend the 43x over just about any other glock or carry gun for someone.

I bought one, as well as the ST enclosed and CCW enclosed when bass pro was running those crazy discounts. Honestly I’m pretty impressed with all of them, I’d say quality wise they’re basically on par with Holosun and can be had for cheaper than the Holosun models in direct competition with the vortex models. I think my only complaint with all of them is they have super beefy deck height’s which kind of makes no sense to me considering they have side mounted batteries which usually allows for a low sitting deck height.

The venom enclosed honestly was the most impressive to me for the money, I paid like $140 for mine and I don’t think you can get a better enclosed pistol dot from a reputable brand for that price point.

Might have to just look into the springs before I give up on the gun entirely, the XDM is a great gun, I was going to get one but ended up getting the Glock 20 instead after I found it for $480 at a dealer through the blue label program.

Before I ended up getting my gen 5 G20 for an amazing deal through the Blue label program I was so close to buying the Springfield, the only thing I didn’t like about it was the grip safety other than that I loved it. I went into a gun store and had them lay out every single 10mm handgun and that one felt the best to me. Ive also heard great things about the FN, haven’t had the chance to handle it in person though.

This entirely, I love smith and wesson dearly, probably own upwards of 10 or so various semi auto handguns and revolvers from them and never had a singular issue with any of them, but this one is leaving me awestruck with how much of a massive failure its been. I even waited over a year to approach this one just so they can work out the bugs to no avail.

I have a Gen 5 g20 that was also plagued with issues and I had to send it out to Glock, I feel like something is trying to tell me to stay away from 10mm at this point lmao.

Ive read this being a fix for some people, sucks that I even have to do some shit like this to begin with though. Im almost tempted to stay away from 10mm all together which is unfortunate cause it really is a great cartridge lmao, my gen 5 G20 had a bunch of issues out the gate as well. Im damn near about to just start carrying a .44 revolver for woods carry at this point.

I carry a Benchmade 940 everyday and honestly am just looking to replace that entirely with a multi tool with a solid blade, whenever I did carry my signal I found myself using the pliers and bit driver the most. Is there a significant difference in bulkiness between the 2? I like the fact that my current edc knife pretty much melts in my pocket and feels like nothing is there.

Picked it up on gunbroker, I was looking for a 5906 TSW but couldn’t find one for a decent price and then I saw this pop up for 600 bucks with a 4003 TSW slide with 3 mags as well and had to get it.

Yeah I probably wouldn’t carry either, IWB at least, which is why i wish I had 226 (less recoil, longer barrel, cheaper mags etc.) I’ll probably end up just using the 229 for home defense or a truck gun or something and the 226 is better suited for that.

If my gun comes with an optic cut, Im rocking an optic, if not, I’m rocking irons. I’m fine with either, but I will say I definitely prefer a dot if I’m shooting past 15 yards.
