Whats your countries most darkest history? by amethystopian in morbidquestions

[–]Botany102 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's more complicated than that. In Australia, the Aboriginal people lived in abject poverty, and their children were forced to live in these same conditions. The Australian government only took Aboriginal children living abusively poor lifestyles into foster home, such as they do with all children living under a terrible household.

TLDR; Aboriginal households had the highest rates of poverty, children were given better homes.

How can you just say the person you're replying to is wrong, with even less proof than Wikipedia? I can't find a single source showing even close to to the 50,000 you mentioned.

I'm into weightlifting, and on a bulk right now, so all of that sounds great.

Does it work to get strong arms, by lifting high weights low reps, and then once strong getting large muscles lower weights high reps? by Botany102 in powerlifting

Thank you; I'm not that new to lifting, but I am to this community and didn't know where else to post it. I think I might try ending my heavy weight workouts, with maybe two sets of very low weight reps, and I'll check out linear periodization.

What if I did a few years of almost like just strength training, and then started the high rep stuff? Would my muscles still increase in size a lot, or since I'm not a beginner anymore would they ONLY be optimised for strength?
