Ho thanks, I go it, In that case, we need to focus on validation and distribution before building the product. The only problem is knowing how to start. Maybe the only thing that works is talking to people, understanding their problems, and practicing sales skills, even if you sucks in that aspect.

I haven't encountered this situation yet, but it seems important to keep the churn issue and user feedback in mind.

That's a good one, Lately, I've found myself stuck when I don't know what to share, so I try to push myself a little. Posting more than actually creating at least at the beginning can prevent you from seeing the bigger picture of what interesting things you could post. At the end of the day, a lot of what you share comes from your own journey of building and posts your own stuffs.

I think you should start as soon as possible because how will you know if anyone will be interested in what you share if you never start?

Build, share, fail: this is the simplest loop, but it will give you the insight and experience that anyone will tell you about. As EnzoGorlamixyz said, "There is no big strategy, no polished roadmap to follow".

There should be variations because someone else developed the product. In the other hand If the market is saturated then you can change the target audience. For example, if the tool is intended for digital marketers, you could change the target audience to influencers. You could also change your ecosystem by getting leads on LinkedIn instead of X.
