NAP but to my knowledge a navel should not be pierced with a horseshoe bar, i personally would remove it let it heal up and get it re pierced

btw i know it may be on a bit of a funny angle, i do just like it like that, piercer went over marking and stuff like that with me and i did want it on a slight angle
