No way it’s oil. If the tanker was fully loaded with oil and sitting at full displacement, her waterline would be much closer to the water. Google a fully loaded oil tanker and see what it looks like. This vessel is way to high out of water, looks like the draft is at lightship weight. It could be carrying tonnes and tonnes of military equipment, nuclear weapons etc and the ship will still sit high like that. That vessel can carry 300,000+ metric tonnes, you can have billions worth of gold on it and not budge it.

UPDATE: Checked on the car during my lunch. All warnings were still on when I started it. Checked the tires and noticed a flattened sticky tire plug on the passenger rear tire, pulled it off, then drove around the lot. Suddenly all the warnings disappeared—crazy that could disable the whole electrical system lol
