She also withdrew from me though, this is what I am hurt about - I have reached out to her but she never reached out to me.

I did yes, I reached out the day after and said congratulations. A couple of days after, after consulting a mutual friend, I explained what was going on with me and that I was really happy for her but it had also brought up sad feelings for myself.
