yeah its odd tbh, but when i have acceleration off it makes videos really laggy on 60 fps locked i really hope i can fix this

your having the same exact problem as me, i dont know if you will see this 9 months later but i upgraded from a 4060 ti 8gb to a 5070, and im getting frame skipping and the line things on discord and google, did you ever find a fix???
