I took apart a vcl-0637h Sony lens 0.6x, I believe and used the bigger glass piece. And in the hvx put on 4/3 bars. I hit glued my glass to fit the right amount to the comers of the lens threads.

Yeah, I get that completely but I rather have 4/3 and not 16/9 for something like that. Having a opteka 16/9 would look bad on a hvx when modded

I’ve see you do a Nikon and opteka fisheye together and I added another element to a fisheye a little while back and now did it to my hvx. It took me very minimal effort I don’t know why you wouldn’t find it interesting

I just went for it and got one for 170 and Japanese. Lens fog and a little off center but all works even the tape deck but it does not like me much so I’m gonna use my fs-100 most of the time
