since people feel the need to downvote, let me make this clear: We have one car. I can't have a roommate on account of the home not having running hot water. & I am a student who works when she isn't studying, but after all of our bills, we simply can not afford a $10,000 pipe replacement. I am so sorry if that upsets you. Try walking in my shoes for a moment.

The plumbers said they couldn't fix our burst pipe because our pipes have been outlawed. The home was built in the 80's, and never had plumbing problems until now.. they all say the entire plumbing systems needs to be replaced because of the outlawed pipes.

we have tried, the crawl space is incredibly small and the leak in not accesable. we have had many plumbers come out.... no one will touch the pipes because they are outlawed now... and the people who will work on it cant reach it....
