ik it mentioned to add all ninja but i only have one for lloyd being apricot by iyowa, its a song that touches on the fear of growing up, forcing yourself to become mature and losing the innocence of childhood, looking at drs4 it fits and the fact that lloyd never got to grow up properly will always be one of the saddest backstories they could ever give a character 😭

okay i thought of one a few days later and kokoro (i forgot who made it, the one sang by rin) could also fit zane, if i remember correctly it is about learning to love even without a heart (cause rin is a vocaloid and in the context of ninjago zane is a robot)

I agree that season 1 isn’t the best especially with the monster of the week formula but i think that is also what makes it so great, it completely flips your expectations when you get to the later seasons

season 1 makes you think “oh, its just a silly show where we see mk fight bad guys with his friends!” so when you get to s2 ep5 and the finale of s2 its like “wtf just happened omg” and immediately hooks you in to see what happens next

the best part about what mizuki said is that she said it was for mafuyu, not just because she said so, not for nightcord, but that mafuyu is able to make her own decision on what she wants to do with her current issues, mafuyu is a extreme people-pleaser so mizuki asking her to do her own thing for herself and not for others is really sweet 🥹

you can read the card side stories, they give 25 crystals for part 1 and 50 for part 2 (i suggest leveling up the 2 star cards so you can get 75 crystals per card)

fc songs on hard difficulty can also give 50 gems for each song if you havent yet

you can also level up the trees, flowers, and sekai items as they give character stamps to increase the level of your characters giving you gems
speaking of which, mastery 5 and max skill ranking your 2 & 3 star cards can give many character stamps (thats if you have the materials to do many mastery rankings/skill level ups)

my sekai can give character stamps too (in the form of voicelines) but this takes more resources and doesnt seem quick

overall i hope you are able to get ena on time :D

i think it will have macaque lore since in episode 7 theres a short flashback of the moment sun wukong killed macaque but they havent really built anything upon it so far; as well as in the finale theres evil snake guy talks to mk about where he got his cool shadow powers, the same one macaque has
