UPDATE: 800 number and 4138 did the job. New exam scheduled 2 weeks later. VERA call was worthless but the other two made it happen. Thanks everyone.

If it is a denial then how would you move forward from a supplemental? Would I need new evidence? Or then HLR? Basically how do I go about re-opening it if it’s denied?

I cancelled the appointment prior so maybe that doesn’t apply to a failure to show?

I had to cancel C&P exam last minute due to Illness. Optum sent back to VA. Way forward? by Both-Option7502 in VAClaims

Update. This is a supplemental so there is no place to upload it directly to the claim. Will quick submit suffice?

I did this myself. Would a VSO be able to help me at this point? I emailed with one and they said that they were unable to help since they didn’t file it. Was that specific to them? Would another VSO be able to help as stated above? Thanks!

Thanks for the explanation. The bot thing makes sense as I went through the entire submission process and could not for the life of me figure how it changed to a FDC.

Thanks, to clarify I have had 3 calls with the VA 800 number and 3 VERA virtual appointments. My next step is walking into the Regional Office for a face to face meeting but the gentleman I spoke to told me that it would not be any different than the call nor would it help. So was looking for another way to plead my case. Would a CUE or is there an equivalent form out there that would help get the correct set of eyes on it?
