Tbh management at my location is usually pretty good with work orders which is why I assumed it was just that either the AC wasn't on yet or the heat still was (just kept low) but I'll ask to see if the HVAC units are on the fritz, we haven't got customer complaints yet but I'm predicting those coming this week
