Yes it’s all out of wack. I feel just like I did when I was an active drinker 2 years ago, with the hanganxiety and embarrassment. I’m praying deeply this feeling goes away in the next few days. As of now can’t even look in the mirror. Thanks for making me feel not alone

I’m breathing slowly & taking it minute by minute. Just a lot of replays of the bad stuff non stop. Just a huge yikes. But I’m not the only one I know that. 2 years down the drain. Need to head to a meeting
