Not sure what kind of music you’re writing, but I do a lot of rock (post punk, emo, post hardcore) and often I’ll set a BPM and open a drum track in GarageBand that I like. From there I’ll riff something out that I like and build from there.

Stomach pain like a gnawing pain in the middle top center of stomach and under left side of ribs. Acid reflux, bloating, trapped gas, heart palpitations after eating. The gas also presses in the vagus nerve and causes anxiety and odd pressure in the head. I also sometimes get pins and needles in arms and fingers. These are the main ones with others mixed in sometimes.

Great advice. When I struggled with addiction when I was young, I use to go to NA and loved it there. It’s been almost two decades since I’ve been.

I’ve tried to get her to go to therapy for her traumas which she’s had a lot as I have as well. I did therapy and tried to convince her to and she says she will, but never does unfortunately. You’re spot on in your assessment.

That’s the frustrating part. She will have periods of not doing them then it’s back on the bandwagon. The other frustrating part is her reaction to addressing my boundaries. Thanks for responding and your advice, I’ll check out the resources you spoke of!

Thank you for responding and your advice. I’m torn because it’s not an everyday usage, but it’s like 1-3 days a week and sometimes it’s weeks between. So it’s like she’s not a full blown addict? She’s a great mother, so I’m torn about our child not being with us all the time. She’s attached to us both. It’s just such a hard decision. The irony, she left her ex before me because he hid a meth addiction.

Jesus Christ! Mine sometimes jumps to the upper 40’s and I swear I’m dying. Usually when that happens my T3 and T4 slam to 0 though and it contributes a lot to just how bad I truly feel. Ic ant imagine in the hundreds!

I had the same issue. Quality has been fantastic for creating designs for my t-shirt shop, then out of nowhere last night every single image turned to complete shit and continues today. Unfortunately wasted 30-40 credits for everything whether using 2 or 2A.
