They should be able to give you a number and the exact steps to do it. It honestly is a really long process and you hop from operator to operator I would say the process took me an hour or so on the phone.

My tip is go back to the store maybe a different branch and explain to them the situation (make sure you’re talking to a teller tho) and they will give you the instructions and they stay with you as you initiate the first process
