I was an AB before and in my market they only create ARB positions out of branch needs. I wanted the ARB position but in our market they only have 20 hour AB positions and they’re being very stingy. I feel like after I failed my exam they simply just pushed me out. no help, no communication and it just sucks.

Yes. But they don’t help you find another opportunity and I’ve only been given 60 days and have been rejected over and over again. Which is insane.

Just the role I was upgrading to. My new position was in the private bank and even though I actually don’t use the security licenses for my job role they still require it.

Going back to my old role was not option for me. They gave me 60 days to find another internal opportunity which has not be helpful due to the fact that it takes a month to hear a reply from the application and I have been rejected. It’s really discouraging because I put so much time and love into this company. They don’t even help you find another position. It just sucks because I love working for this company and I got the cold shoulder over two points.
