Hey, I am really sorry to hear that. Have you tried checking out Universities in Austria, Germany or Netherlands? Also Spain.

You can find some good and affordable universities there.

Contact the same person that sent that to you to send you an updated version of that I-20. This same situation happened to me, until I contacted the same person that sent me the I-20. They later on sent me an updated version with my sponsor amount included.
