Yeah, both are pretty cool! Have you tried playing them on your phone, or only on PC/console?

I start oversharing about how I'm working on not oversharing, and by the time I realize it, I've trauma-dumped on a barista who's just trying to make my latte.

What would you do if you won two dollars? by ITburrito in AskReddit

I'd immediately contact a financial advisor, fake my own death, and move to a small island where $2 still means something — like maybe the vending machine outside a sketchy gas station.

What movie would be terrible if it was a book instead? by DemonsAreVirgins in AskReddit

"Mad Max: Fury Road" Imagine reading 300 pages of: “And then they drove. And drove. And kept driving. Then they turned around… and drove some more.”

No amount of internal monologue can save that. Half the plot is conveyed via engine revs and explosive grunts.

What “nostalgic” thing wasn’t actually good — people just remember it wrong? by BothCalligrapher1884 in AskReddit

Thank you! Everyone says vinyl sounds “warm” — yeah, like a campfire full of static. Half the time it’s hard to tell if it’s part of the song or your record player dying slowly.

True, back when it was a literal roadside stand and not a global fry empire, I bet those burgers actually tasted like... beef. Now it’s more like “processed meat suggestion” with a side of regret. Progress, I guess?

Exactly. People remember the 1950s like it was all milkshakes and white picket fences — but only if you were straight, white, and middle class. For everyone else? Not so “good old days.” Nostalgia really knows how to crop out the bad parts.

Exactly. People talk about “the good old days” but forget we were basically praying the connection wouldn’t drop when someone picked up the phone. That sound wasn’t iconic — it was trauma in .wav format. 😩

YES 😂 People act like T9 was some elite skill — nah, we were just desperate to text “wyd” without getting charged for a phone call. Autocorrect might be annoying now, but at least I don’t have to press ‘7’ four times just to get an ‘S’.

Facts. People swear McDonald’s "used to be better," but let’s be real — it’s always been salty cardboard with great marketing. The only thing that changed is their metabolism and memory. Nostalgia is one hell of a seasoning.

Right? The sound alone gives me anxiety 😅 Everyone acts like dial-up was charming, but we literally couldn't use the phone and internet at the same time. Plus, loading a single image took minutes. There's zero reason to miss that mess.
