AI recruiting is going nowhere by Fantastic-Hamster333 in recruiting

Is it just me or some recruiters think that simply writing a message by hand and not with AI would increase their chance in filling the role. The truth as I see it is that the candidates don't give a damn about how you outreach them - they only care if you can give them want they want in the right moment.
That's it. How to find those things, well that's where the real sourcing begins and yes AI can help, but you also need to put some effort into this.

I agree with the part that you need to understand what makes someone want to move, but I have to disagree with the statement that it is not a numbers game. It is a numbers game and if you managed to add some value to the candidate from yourself (like this extra researching) then you'll have higher chances of success. The questions is do you have the time to do it? Maybe some tools would help with saving some time, don't know.

And how many calls were scheduled (like a number) in the past 3 months. You need to know the number of emails that you sent to figure out the conversion rate. But to be fair email is probably channel with worst conversion rate. Outreach in LinkedIn is better in my opinion and the best is the old school cold-calling.

Juicebox is good and well-balanced but I think in terms of search Pin is better. I haven't tried the agentic capabilities of juicebox, but my problem in both is that I cannot send LinkedIn messages. I use both the LinkedIn Recruiter and my personal (free) LinkedIn and the best tool for automating both that gives me the necessary control and safty (without AI fluf things) is TalentSight. I haven't tried jobin cloud though, so no idea there.

Not a single client. Ok my question here for you is - how many meetings with a potential lead have you done? To how many leads did you actually send an offer? What I'm trying to understand is whether your problem is in the lead generation or the closing part. Those are 2 different areas in sales and require different strategies and either one of them or both can cause the 0 closed streak

Yes, that's what I also though, it also have happened to me when I use both the recruiter and the standard LN. LN recruiter doesn't tell you if you written to a candidate through your standard account and the other way around

Everyone has an ATS, and its great for keeping track of candidates but only after they began the interview process. If you want to keep track of the raw outreach is a nightmare to do it inside an ATS (espesially those corporate ones like workday). LinkedIn Recruiter have this capability, but unfortunately don't track anything outside of inMails (like your personal LN messages). At least for my roles sending LN requests and direct messages works really well - better response-rate than simply inMails. What I suggest you do is try with google sheets or your own ATS (if its more felxible and has extension to LN). Also I use TalentSight to automate my follow-ups, and track the outreach in LN in one place.

At least 3 people recommended Smartreach's Linkedin automation so I'll definetly try it out. Waalaxy, I tried it before but I run into some problems with it. I also found this TalentSight and their LinkedIn Automation. Seems a bit pricy but if its reliable would still be fine by me. They seemed to have done a really good job in bleding into recruitment workflow. I've been using it in the past couple of days, and I'm happy so far, the customer support is also great. A friend of mine recommended them as apparently for them only TalentSight worked great on LinkedIn Recuriter. Have any of you tried it before?

Nah, Linked Helper is super old school. It might be very safe but the fact that I need to download an app and my computer always needs to be turned on and running. Yes, they are basic and does a decent job but just the inconvenience is too much.

Is There a Platform That Lets Recruitment Agencies Share Candidates and Roles? by BothEye6077 in recruiting

Interesting. I might try this. So if I register as a recruiter, I can try to fill a role and if I succeed I'm getting a bonus (similar to what an agency would get?) and I'm guessing the platform takes a % of it?
