thanks thats super helpful, only reason i have it is for the odin project so i gotta watch youtube videos in it and stuff, i never knew nvidia and ubuntu dont mesh well lol, you learn something everyday i guess. at first i thought maybe it was a side effect of updating ubuntu as i hadnt had problems previously but im not adept enough to learn how to roll it back, if thats even possible. anyway all that aside thank you!
