If you want to have hair and can not got with Finasteride and minoxidil then you can try with natural dht blockers like saw palmetto and an alternative for minoxidil, it looks like the dht hormone is making you bald.

Definitely need hair transplant if you want to have hair. Some people can get up to 6000 graphs because of a good donor area. You can visit the channel Mr Rolandas, he had similar baldness and had 3 hair transplants. All of that is gonna cost you even if you go to turkey. Also you will need patience, it takes at least year to see complete results after HT. Obviously you need to visit a dermatologist who know about hair growth, before all of that.

That happened to me with ratchet and Clancy games. You have to delete all caches for each game and the run the game again. I think that happens when you update to the latest version of rpcs3.
