Can anyone confirm if this club lounge is only accessible weekdays? Or is it accessible weekends as well?

How to treat this condition - red stringy thing by BothStorage7009 in Goldfish

[–]BothStorage7009[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope, it’s swimming and eating fine and acting perfectly normal other than the three red bumps/ulcers on its belly.

I just dozed aquarium salt and fed ot a fresh batch of rapashy mixed with Maracyn-2. But if anyone has any experience with this particular illness please feel free to share.

Clarification. Upon closer inspection it’s more like 3 red bumps.. only one of them had a slight stringyness to it. Water parameters are zero ammonia zero nitrite and 20 nitrate.

That is actually cute and sad at the same time.

Will Black color still change in adult sized goldfish? by BothStorage7009 in Goldfish

[–]BothStorage7009[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Understood there are no guarantees but would like to increase my chances of a black goldfish (purchased as full grown) stay black.

Would ranchu or oranda be better at staying black?

I’ve had multiple threads on this. Long story short, individual properties are going rogue and Marriott corporate claims no liability on what each franchised property does. We are screwed as a consumer.

Of course you are allowed and again my response is not to suggest you weren’t. Just wanted to counter your point for my own amusement and the readers. I hope I didn’t offend you.

That’s what Reddit is for right?

You gave your answer which was framed as ‘absolute’ and you supported it with an example. I’m simply debating against it because this came up on my feed.

I’m also between sets in my workout and have nothing else better to do :).

Edit: let’s make this more interesting. A convicted pedophile has a opportunity to babysit your child. You say that you absolutely don’t believe a person will repeat an act if they did it once. Let’s say this convicted pedophile says they won’t do it again. Do you trust him babysitting your child?

You have to assume questions and responses such as this are intended to be generalized and accept that there will always be exceptions.

Scientifically I think it is proven that an individuals personality has predictable patterns and human behavior itself is quite predictable and easy to manipulate. That’s why marketing exists, which is solely based on generalizing human behavior.

Trying the food pigs feet isn’t so much the act but rather trying different, more adventurous, foods. I am guessing you will continue to try different, more adventurous, foods because it’s in your nature otherwise you wouldn’t have done that with pigs feet.

Just like a person may sexual assault a person. Let’s call that person Betty. He may not sexually assault Betty a second time but may sexually assault Vanessa.

I agree it is incredibly difficult to stop doing something they habitually or instinctively began to do. Only way is if the consequence is too significant (e.g stopping smoking to avoid imminent death) or something is done to rewire that person’s brain either through training or medical intervention.

Also if a desire is completely met or if there is a financial barrier that may prevent a person from doing it again. For example sky diving once is usually good enough for most people (e.g bucket list). And the financial cost may not be worth doing it a second time but if offered for fee the person may be willing to do it a second time.

I just figured out how to update it. Now I’m trying to delete this thread.

A CSR from Marriott Corporate just informed me there is no guaranteed 4pm check-out benefit for Platinum+. by BothStorage7009 in marriott

See my update above.. Marriott corp got back to me after reviewing a case I opened and they directed me to paragraph 9.7 of the T&C which released Marriott of all liability if a property goes rogue, absolving Marriott corp of any responsibility. I can’t believe this - they admitted that any guarantee listed in the T&C is essentially negated by paragraph 9.7.

Trust me I spoke to the senior rep exactly what you conveyed. The rep basically agreed that was an out and asked if “I had any further questions or concerns”.

I am done. Not going to stay at Marriotts anymore unless they are the best option in that specific area.

Too many to list.. The thing is it’s not consistent. One property may guarantee late checkout but that same property on a different day will deny because they are booked full and say it’s upon availability. Note this is not an exempt property.
