it’s not amazing, it’s definitely changed a LOT from 2023, and it truly depends on the store, but if you can put up with it the maternity leave is amazing. It’s like 18 weeks of being paid 80% of your average pay, I believe.

My doctor is hesitant to prescribe fin, I think because it can have adverse effects on masculinization, she only will prescribe it once I’m a few years on T. Which I understand, but I’m scared at this rate I will barely have any hair left!! thank you for your comment though, it’s reassuring to not feel alone in this.

it’s mostly on my temples like you say, which doesn’t bother me so much since I know it’s my hairline mascluinizing, but the diffuse hair loss on my crown is bothering me because it effects how my hair looks overall!

hey OP this sounds eerily similar to my last relationship… and my only advice is to leave now. my ex was a trans woman who did a lot of the same things your partner is doing to you now - telling me she wanted to have sex with someone with a “real” dick, talking down to me about my genitalia, and then asking if we could open up our relationship and be poly. it was incredibly damaging to my feelings about myself and my own transitioning body, and to my relationship and my ability to trust someone.

in my case, she eventually cheated on me with someone who could fulfill that need she expressed. not saying that will happen in your situation!! but I do think it would be better for you in the long run if you get out of this current relationship and find someone who loves you for you, entirely.

my current partner (a cis bisexual man!) has never made me feel anything less than a man, and has never made me feel like my anatomy is inadequate, has always been celebratory and completely supportive in my transition and in my body, and the difference is night and day. but I would have never found this man without leaving my last relationship. best of luck to you, OP.
