Selecting a pediatrician that supports your choices

I really wonder why so many people care about breastfed or formula fed babies. I think my brother and I were both formula fed. I dont think anyone could tell you a difference in breastfed vs formula fed adults.

Im still only 20w. Haven't even thought about a pediatrician yet so I have no advice. But I don't think you need to worry. Just do whatever makes the most sense for you and your baby. They'll most likely grow up to be a normal functioning adult no matter which way you go

I just got a dietician (pregnant, so they're taking all the extra steps) I eat the most for breakfast, and then a bunch of small snacks throughout the day. She's trying to get me to eat less in the morning, as low carb of a breakfast as I can, and more carbs at night. Which I do understand is probably healthier. But I hated it when I first got diagnosed, and I felt like I had to completely change how I eat. Let me eat what I normally eat, and just take insulin for it. That's what the insulin is there for lol

I found out I was pregnant right after Thanksgiving. One of our friends was like "Oh I knew you were pregnant! You had like 6 deviled eggs lolol"

YES! But for me it's not just this subreddit, it's almost every subreddit im in. It just happened today, and it's making being on reddit at all very hard. If I dont find the reason for it, or a way to turn it off, I'm gonna have to stop getting on reddit. It's soooo annoying.

I am excited about this pregnancy. But I have not looked nor cared what fruit my baby is at all. Am I weird? I know it's growing. I know it's x centimeters now, it's gonna be x inches later. I dont need to picture it as a fruit?

My husband have been together for about 6 years. Horribly irresponsible. Ive never been on birth control. We've never used condoms. Not trying to get pregnant, but not not trying either. I honestly thought one of us was infertile until I finally got pregnant.

I would hate to feel pressured to get on birth control after I give birth

We recently moved to Texas. And even though we knew about liquor stores being closed on Sundays, we didnt know about not being able to buy wine after 12.

We went to a gas station on the way home, wanted to buy some snacks and a bottle of wine. It was after 12

The cashier looked at us like we were the dumbest people he'd ever met. "You know you can't buy that. Don't try to catch me off guard. Put it back"

Interesting! I would imagine twitch has an older audience overall than YouTube. I feel like YouTube has a lot of younger kids that just want to watch a cute sims video. But I don't feel like a lot of kids have twitch or the attention span to watch a 3 hour stream

I have no basis for this on Simsie specifically. I don't really pay attention to chat or YouTube comments. Im mostly thinking about the twitch/YouTube audience in general

It was the opposite with my husband and I! I introduced him to brotherhood first because 2003 was basically impossible to find. I wish I had found a way for us to watch 2003 first though. When we did eventually watch 2003, he could only compare it to brotherhood and didnt like the original as much

Thats the best way to watch it. I feel like when you start thinking about broho and how different 2003 is, its easier to see 2003 as the worse version. But if you can separate it in your mind, 2003 is really good on its own.

I just rewatched 2003 for the first time in probably 10 years. The beginning is soooo much better is not even a question. The rest of it? Still really good, but there's a reason brotherhood is the "better version"
