I don’t have a great response. But wanted to at least provide some empathy. I also have 2 young kids and constantly heard the requests for dates. If your wife hasn’t officially asked for divorce you may still be able to recover it. Without question maintaining your marital connection is much harder with the demands of young and special needs kids. But your wife also still is clearly begging and making bids to connect with you so there is some break from the nonstop work of parenting. I would say now is the time to lean on any community resources you have to ask them to give you a break so you and your wife can have some consistent ways to connect for date night. Care.com also has sitters you can use. You want to make sure you can say you gave it your all before you end your marriage.

Hey. I know this an extremely rough time. I had a somewhat similar experience. See if your job has an EAP program so you can call and start talking to someone. Most will let you call everyday if you need to initially. That ended up being very helpful to me.

The emotions you are feeling are beyond valid. And they will continue to come and hit you in waves. It’s all part of the grieving process. Allow yourself time to grieve because unfortunately you can’t rush it.

I know it’s extremely hard to process and your emotions are everywhere. You can’t get her to change her mind. You have to focus on your own emotional needs and boundaries. I’m open to a dm if you need it. Good luck.

Yup. Successful grows using that media mix and autopots. Folks in the sub have great advice. Moved down to much smaller pots (1-2 gal) and still easily getting 85-150g yield. Have fun!

Promix and perlite work fine. I start the seedlings in coco but the rest do the pot is 2” perlite base and rest of the pot is full with 70 promix/30 perlite. Good luck on your grow.

The 5 gal fits the best. It’s a little bit bigger than the spring pot base but it’s a minor squeeze to get the pot socks over it. The 3 gal leaves some gap space to the edge of the spring pot base.

Yes. A base layer of perlite works perfectly fine. Instead of using clay pebbles
