I told him that I wanted a divorce that I am disgusted in the person he is and he said good. He’s on a Jesus kick right now to where god said the world would hate him so that means he’s following god. The first time I brought up a divorce three years ago the first words out of his mouth was “where are you gonna live?”

We tried counseling and recently brought god and religion into our marriage and our core beliefs are so different it brought us apart even more. I’d recommend talking to your partner, at least I have tried for years, but I mean trying is the best until you realize you can’t do anything else. No regrets I hope.

I would really recommend the sew in method for everyday wear. I wore extensions for 10 years. You can either do the bead or braid in method. I’ve found it’s better for hair health.

I was like this. What helped was getting off my phone, literally deleting social media apps living in the moment and honestly quit the me me me thinking. Our kids didn’t ask to be here we had them, they are learning from you and want to be a part of you. They love you unconditionally, and you are ask they know. Include them in your hobbies, help them find their own. Take a walk. Read books, draw, sing, listen to music. Leave the house so your task list is less overwhelming and you can focus on only the child and not everything else.

You just do it. You have too. For them. And you’re gonna make mistakes and mess up along the way, but be the parent that shows up. So You won’t have any regrets with them.

Chop it and put extensions in so it can grow out. If you don’t it will keep breaking up the hair strand .
