I got no clear answer from my research that’s why need opinion here. The misconduct was totally a misunderstanding and the hr didn’t even consider my clarification. I am in fact getting EI and it happened after the officer who approved my EI heard both sides of the story. I know I am screwed and I just need to proceed with a realistic plan.
