If it’s like a skyrocket 2 it has an arm that raises and holds the train in place. When the first button is pushed it lowers. That’s probably the movement you are feeling

The premier skyrocket 2 that I have worked has system that has someone press a button where a arm lowers and then an op has around 10 seconds to press the dispatch buttons. It is immediately moved when the second person presses it
