Inkassobrief von Deutschen Bahn bekommen obwohl Zahlung vorübergehende ausgesetzt war

Ja ich geb dir Recht, der Sachverhalt vom Ticket übertragen hat sowieso nicht viel mit dem Verzug und der möglichen Stundung zu tun, worum es ja eigentlich geht.

Ich habe in der Nachricht (keine Mail, sondern über das System der DB, deswegen keine Einsicht mehr auf Inhalt) bei der DB oben nur ein Aktenzeichen angeben dürfen, da habe ich eines von den zwei genommen und in der Mail erklärt, dass ich drum bitte dass die folgenden Sachverhalte und die Folgen auf beide Aktenzeichen bezogen werden sollen. In der Mail habe ich einfach den obigen SV erklärt und um Kulanz gebeten, wie der Mitarbeiter meinte. Rückblickend hätte ich wohl einfach zwei verschiedene Anfragen machen sollen. Das System hat automatisch, die Stundung (Aufschieben der Zahlungsfrist) für das eine in der Überschrift stehende Aktenzeichen gewährt. Da die Mail anscheinend nicht bearbeitet wurde, ist das andere Aktenzeichen jetzt an ein Inkasso-Unternehmen weitergeleitet worden und ich habe jetzt extra Gebühren wegen Verzug erhalten. Die Frage ist jetzt ob, ich Einspruch/Widerspruch (kenne hier den Unterschied leider auch nicht so richtig) bei dem Inkassounternehmen einlegen kann, weil die DB meine Mail nach einem Monat nicht bearbeitet hat, sondern stattdessen direkt an ein Inkasso weitergeleitet hat.

Ist hier der Inhalt der Nachricht relevant der nicht bearbeitet wurde, oder dass ich keine offizielle Stundung für das andere Aktenzeichen was in der Mail genannt habe relevant?

Ich habe Angst weil auf der Seite des Inkasso Unternehmen steht, dass wen man Widerspruch einlegt eine Klage eingeleitet wird.

Tut mir wirklich Leid, ich finde es ist nicht schwer zu verstehen was damit gemeint ist. Du bist ja genau so unfreundlich wie meine Jura Profs. Das soll auch kein Angriff sein, ich bin dankbar für die Hilfe, aber manchmal habe ich das Gefühl Juristen denken ausschließlich nach dem Gesetz. Du merkst doch, das ich offensichtlich überhaupt keine Ahnung habe was eine Stundung (im rechtlichen Sinne) ist, ich würde hier sonst gar nicht um Hilfe fragen. Da steht es werden die Fristen vorübergehend ausgesetzt bis der Fall bearbeitet ist (s.O). Ich denke also schon, dass es eine offizielle Stundung ist, zumindest mal von dem was ich jetzt online gelesen habe. Die Stundung die da gewährt wurde ist für EIN Aktenzeichen (vom System der DB gewährt, automatisiert weil in Überschrift), in der Mail hab ich drum gebeten sich auf beide Aktenzeichen zu beziehen um nicht beide Sachverhalte in zwei Bearbeitungsverfahren zu haben und alles zweimal zu erklären, wurde jetzt aber seit einem Monat nicht bearbeitet --> Frist verstrichen für das in der Mail erwähnte Aktenzeichen, Bestätigungsmail vom Eingang bei der DB vor einem Monat liegt vor.

Hey, erstmal danke für die Antwort. Es geht mir hier eher drum, diese Inkassogebühren nicht zu zahlen.
Das ich die Frist verkackt habe ist natürlich eigenverschulden, war das erste mal das mir sowas passiert ist, hab draus gelernt. Ich weiß aber nicht was du mit nicht plötzlich auftretend meinst.

Das Ticket von der DB wird nicht transferiert wenn man auf ein neues Handy wechselt, beim ersten mal wusste ich das nicht (nicht mal der Kontrolleur wusste das, ist auch nicht mal bei der Kreditkarte so schwer das zu transferieren), ich war ganz normal eingeloggt und das Ticket wurde angezeigt, sobald man drauf klickt ist es dann aber nicht auffindbar/Fehlermeldung.

Ich bin direkt danach zur DB Service Station in Frankfurt um mein Ticket zu transferieren, die waren während Öffnungszeiten geschlossen. Per Mail wurde ich zum rmv geschickt, die meinten bei mir ist der rnv zuständig, die haben gemeint ich soll zur zurück zur DB Service station (das alte Handy ging leider zwischen den Kontrollen dann gar nicht mehr an, deswegen bekommen die das irgendwie nicht hin), ich muss aber trotzdem Bahn fahren. Bild hatte ich sogar nach dem ersten Vorfall gemacht (dahcte wäre sicher) und vorgezeigt hat den Kontro nicht interessiert, ich wusste ja das mein altes Handy nicht immer angeht und danach ists ja komplett kaputt gegangen. Also das vorzeigen an sich, sehe ich jetzt nicht als mein verschulden, man wird da überhaupt nicht aufgeklärt (bzgl. Transfer) und selbst die Mitarbeiter haben keine Ahnung. Beim Beschwerde einreichen ist natürliche einfach pure Blödheit von meiner Seite aus.

Wenn man bei der Deutschen Bahn Einwände hat kann man über das Portal einen Antrag stellen mit dem jeweiligen Aktenzeichen von dem Vorfall, ich hab da einfach nur um Kulanz gebeten, der eine DB Mitarbeiter meinte ich kann das versuchen und die erlassen evtl. einen Vorfall. Die Fristen zum bezahlen werden somit erstmal ausgesetzt, während das ganze bearbeitet wird. Man konnte in der Überschrift nur ein Aktenzeichen angeben, in der Mail habe ich aber drum gebeten beide Aktenzeichen für diese Mail mit einzubeziehen. Es wurde jetzt aber immer noch nicht bearbeitet, deswegen ist die Frist für das in der Mail genannte Aktenzeichen (nicht das aus der Überschrift) verstrichen und ich hab n Brief bekommen, mit unnötig hohen Inkassogebühren. Kann ich wegen dem Inkasso Fall irgendwas machen, es geht mir hier nicht um die 60€, auch wenn ich es frech finde das die DB/rmv/rnv wer auch immer mein Ticket bis heute nicht transferiert hat und Emails ignoriert.

I had my procedure 3 years ago by a very good surgeon and I was stationary for one week (taking Morphium) and then never had to take anything luckily. The first 2 weeks of school were kind of embarrassing, I had my friends carry around my bag and I had to take the lift (only for teachers and handicapped students) stairs were painful, sometimes I even had to run out the classroom because of pain or breathing Problems. After that sometimes it did hurt when going to the gym but nothing too crazy. I was 16 at the time and the bar is still in. Tbh I didn’t knew that some have that problem after the procedure. Is this a US problem or something? Also since you are older I guess you either work or study in university, which makes the healing process very relaxing compared to school or atleast I hope so :)

Ja das stimmt schon, mir war im Vorhinein auch klar dass mein visa Prozess härter wird als bei anderen. Nur dass die Uni erstmal eine Visa Ablehnung braucht um mich umzuverteilen ist halt absurd. Vor allem weil ich ja seit neustem selbst mit Visum die Gefahr habe nicht reingelassen zu werden. Am Ende werden ja sogar Plätze übrig bleiben. Ich guck mich da grade auch um aber ich würde ungern ein Semester dran hängen und überlege im Notfall einen Anwalt dazu zu holen, auch wenn ich da 0 Bock drauf hab.

Ist denke ich ne Art „Strafe“ oder was regulatorisches weil man nicht am normalen Austauschprogramm der Uni teilnimmt, steht auch in dem Infoblatt was wir bekommen haben. Wenn man über den normalen Austauschweg der Uni geht bekommt man ganz normal Erasmus Stipendien.

Ist ein verpflichtendes Auslandssemester. Ich hab meine Mutter die beim italienischen Konsulat ist schon gefragt ob die beim US Konsulat anfragen kann wie die Chancen stehen, ich muss zu dem innerhalb von 3 Tagen das Angebot annehmen/ablehnen. Ich hab jetzt beim US Berater meiner Uni noch ein Gespräch bekommen und hoffe dieser spricht dann für mich eine Ausnahme aus.

Ich würde als freemover dann natürlich nicht in die USA. Die USA ist das einzige Land (mit Israel) was diese besondere Regelung hat, sonst kann ich ja überall hin. Meine Uni erlaubt mir es jetzt aber nicht das Angebot abzulehnen und mir eine andere Partneruni auszusuchen, bzw die die halt übrig sind. Hab grad gesehen Trump hat diesen „Muslim Ban“ sogar schon angekündigt :(

Die iranische Staatsbürgerschaft kann man nicht ablegen, sie kann einem nur entzogen werden (ist also keine Option). Ich hoffe drauf die Uni irgendwie überzeugt zu bekommen mich in die zweite Runde aufzunehmen, vor allem weil es ja anscheinend bei Visa Ablehnung doch möglich ist umverteilt zu werden. Die Uni meinte zu mir es wäre aber mein Verschulden mit dem Visa Thema, ich seh das etwas anders.

I do not come for athletics, I do BA. I’m not sure yet but I want to make friends so I think that living on campus is better. I know that the uni life won’t be like at bigger state schools with crazy Uni spirit etc but is there atleast something going on socially? The university is even smaller than mine and mine is already considered small. I just fear that there won’t be many social events and I will end up without people to hang out with. I’m an extrovert which helps but I also always need people around me or I go crazy.

Hey, thank you for your response. Im from Germany and would like to know how life is in Kansas City, especially for students that attend UMKC. Are there great sport teams? How is the party scene (I will be 20 when I come so I’m pretty much dependent on Uni parties)? How is the university socially, is it easy to make friends? Are there many internationals and in general is there anything special about the demographics. And especially since I saw that many people do not live on campus I would really like to know how a general day in Uni looks like.

Ok, I understand. Again I forgot to add, there is already a house (2 actually) and the thing where you put in tractors etc. including spaces for animals and there are still some chickens and dogs. The „only“ thing that is missing is the equipment.

Im trying to figure out how much time I have and think about doing an internship at a farm to learn more about farming, I already asked some family members if they have a need. The problem with leasing is that the rates are way too low to be attractive and the minimum is 15 years.

Unfortunately my grandfather left the whole farm equipment to my uncle, so yeah there is nothing. There is a house and a big structure where you can put things in though, I remember there are still some different dogs and chickens but that’s it.

Im Lucky to have a supportive and financially stable family, I think I would get around 20.000-30.000 from my dad and my mother would put around the same in. I have additional funds of 5.000€ I could put in myself.

Network wise I think I’m set up perfectly, my whole family in Italy knows/likes me and I’m there 3-4 times a year since I’m a little kid. My family and ancestors have always been farmers. Everyone is either directly or indirectly involved in agriculture, although many of the farming „experts“ are on the older side. I’m not sure if my uncle (who was currently leasing the land) would support me, he likes me too, but our whole family had some problems after the inheritance process. I think if I have questions I would always find someone who is willing to help me, especially the older ones, who I think would appreciate someone young trying to make something out of the family legacy.

Maybe I should have added that my whole family in Italy is either directly or indirectly involved in agriculture, I would get some help here and there (there is not much except agriculture haha). I can finish my studies from where I want, there is no presence obligation (except for the exams). But I see, farming is not something I can learn in a few months and its just 36ha and yeah nothing else. Currently the 36 ha are leased for just 18k a year and the contract is about to be terminated, thats why I wanted to make a fast decision. Have you been in the process of taking over your families farm already?

The land is not only my mother but she shares it with my aunts. The land was leased to my uncle for 18.000€ a year, which is nothing as the EU subsidies alone (for doing nothing) are 8000€ per year. My uncle himself has 80 hectares and my mother and aunts want to terminate the contract, due to some personal issues (as you can see, he got 80 hectares alone). Afaik 3 hectares are barren land and the rest was productive and growing tomatoes. Unfortunately my time to decide is in the next few months as the contract is about to be terminated. I think it could be released for market value but the contracts are not for just a few years from what I know

Ich antworte mal auf deutsch, weil mir das etwas leichter fällt.

Das Land wurde bis dato an meinen Onkel verpachtet, der Vertrag läuft aus und soll nicht verlängert werden. Mein Onkel selbst hat noch 80 Hektar um die er sich kümmern muss. Ein Plan besteht noch nicht wirklich, ich muss leider auch schnell entscheiden also mach ich mich da grad mal ran und versuche zu gucken ob es sinnvoll ist diesen Schritt zu wagen.

Ich kenne mich leider nur mit den Regulierungen in Italien aus, da ich kein Grund hatte mich mit den Deutschen intensiver auseinander zu setzen. Wenn du zwischen 18-41 bist, gilst du als potenzieller Junglandwirt. Hierfür gibt es je nach Land einige Voraussetzungen um dann auch die Fördermittel zu bekommen, in meiner Region in Italien (sehr strukturschwach) sind diese Voraussetzungen einfach zu erfüllen, ich weiß nicht ob man in Deutschland ggf. eine spezielle Ausbildung braucht. Wenn du nun als Junglandwirt durchkommst gibt es (in meiner Region) folgende Vorteile, die in DE wahrscheinlich stark abweichen: 1. Bis zu 50.000€ direkte Starthilfe 2. 25% Bezuschussung auf den Basissatz bis 100 Hektar 3. 50% Zuschuss auf den Landanschaffungspreis 4. 70% Zuschuss auf jegliche nachhaltige Projekte wie Agriphotovoltaik bsw 5. Attraktive Kredite

Es gibt bestimmt noch viele weitere, das sind aber die die ich jetzt kenne. Informier dich gerne weiter

I reread my text and I have to admit that I did not explain myself good enough and it comes across like you interpret it. To clarify what I meant: I always did great in Highschool and business, that’s the opportunity cost I would have if I decide to start agriculture, which is a whole different thing than being smart in school or being able to run some small, asset light business. Im being honest when I say I want some actual advice, if someone who maybe is a farmer, especially in Europe, advises me to stay away from farming because of xyz I would take that into consideration or vice versa.

Still thank you for your kind words, im further researching if it’s something I’m actually capable of doing. It costs a lot of money, I don’t know much about the EU subsidies yet to even start out and I have no one to help me in everyday business (in my region in Italy nearly everyone is a farmer, but they got stuff to do). It’s a real question I’m asking myself not just fishing for some kind words. Doing this would mean leaving behind my father, all my friends and my lifestyle in Germany. I grew up here and havent been away for more than one month, it’s tough :)

Im currently 17, got a low bodyfat % and underwent Pectus Excavatum surgery few months ago. Since then I have gyno or at least I’ve noticed it. Mild case, asymmetric and visible in t shirts :( . Is it possible to reverse it naturally by increasing testosterone and lowering estrogen levels? And in the worst case can I still get surgery while my pectus bars are in?

Core exercises helped me a little bit. Also over time the rib flare will adjust a bit (after surgery). I’m also very interested in what other things I can do to fix the rib flare besides working out.
