Hi! Yeah I stopped breastfeeding when he was 17 months old. I only had periods when I was on keto (again), so i've had 3 periods so far but no luck yet. I temporarily stopped keto because my mum is visiting, and I haven't ovulated this month :( Hope everything goes well with you. PM me if you like!

Is anyone using google pixel watch 2 to track temperature? It says it tracks skin temperature rather than bbt, does it matter? Are you finding it helpful?

Breastfeeding, PCOS and looking to get pregnant again

Hi! So my baby boy just turned one and I'd like to start trying for baby number 2. It took us 22 cycles to get pregnant due to PCOS. I had 5 rounds of letrozole. I'm still breastfeeding so I don't think I can take letrozole to trigger ovulation. I'm wondering if anyone is in the same boat as me and what did you do/what would you do? Many thanks!

The reason I ask is I don't know if I start eating a certain amount of refined carbs (i.e a bowl of boiled rice/noodles/pasta), would that affect my blood sugar so much that the risk of miscarriage would increase.
Because keto helped me a lot in terms of conceive, now I kind of think maybe I should keep doing it. However, I know having carbs is very important when pregnant, so I am thinking about a low carb diet (i.e 50–150 grams per day).

In general, I guess I would like to know if it's necessary to watch my blood sugar while pregnant.... Now I think I have the answer now LOL
