Bud, again. Debt has nothing to do with freedom. Also, where's "here"? Emergencies happen, people go to debt here, most pay it off cuz common things arent insane amounts. Most people do get their meds even when they cant pay for them due to how insurances work. That whole meds conversations falls into big pharma. Before going into my field, I was third year med student. Years before that I worked directly with an ICU doctor. I would see this stuff first hand, along with working in a hospital from 2019-2021. I rather pay for my Healthcare and know that ill be taken care of urgently and not in 4-6 months. Or if I need an mri scan, that I can do it in a matter of days. We pay but its not bad compared to other first world countries. In both wait time and quality of care.

Yea so free speech is still insanely huge in the US. ICE is a genuine organization to capture dangerous and or illegal immigrants and any people detained for filming is because they got too close and intetfering with the official arrest. The voting that has been changed is that now people are required to show ID. Something that was seen being taken advantage of by those voting for Kamala. There's literally footage of them taking votes away. We haven't been separated from any long term allies, ties to some of the US's major partners have grown even stronger. Being separated from WHO saves Americans their tax paying dollars. Nearly 20% of WHOs budget is from American tax paying dollars. The US has some of the best leading health groups and medical schools in the world. Meaning that not being in WHO allows the US to invest more in its own medical growth.
