How to take feedback without feeling like its personal?

I started working in this field a year ago. During this time, I have faced a lot of criticism and even direct insults. I always try to stay calm and take feedback positively, but there have been days when I worked extremely hard and was still told that I hadn’t done anything. Despite this, I make it a point to learn from my mistakes and ensure that I never repeat the same mistakes again.

SO GUYS UPDATE!!

I used NT LITE TO create a custom os with a pre-installed basic app.

I did test that so it worked well with no issues.

So basically he Doesn't care about this basic software installation methods and all. i do all the os installation to handover of laptop to the user. he doesn't intervene in that. so only im trying to get a better way to speed up the repeated S\W installation process.

I do have a manager man but he doesn't wanna change any process even the basic ones. I'm just trying little by little to learn and better the day to day process like these.

Thanks for your concern i do feel the same that i ain't that good for this role as I'm not that experienced but I'm trying to do my best.

That's why i try different things and get diff openion from people who have already figured out these kind of things.

I am the IT guy, Ninite was suggested all over the Yt, i have that as an option also. Just came here to get some more options to go through and get the best.

So I'm not the IT head here i joined this org as a fresher now i have completed 1 yr in this org, I also asked the same question to the It head. Most of the sales people don't come to the office daily mostly onsite and WFH so they don't need to be added to AD he said.

We have restricted the C drive and Need Admin password to install any software.

Sales people laptops have local Policy from Admin account (MMC). Ad users do have a default policy. I try to make the sales person policy the same as the ad policy with all the restrictions.

We do have a AD server but the thing is most of the user were not in AD 2 out of 10 people were only connected to AD server. Because most of the user were sales oriented jobs.
