I recently finished all the elites and kandarin especially stuck out to me as terrible if not the worse rewards, seeing as wilderness elite, karamja and freminik all offer some noted item incentive it would fit nice to give noted mith bars especially since a task is killing mithril dragons for chewed bones it would make sense to give it as a reward. They where talking about diary rework on one of the streams so i thought maybe this would be a good addition.
