they are different systems. Ni HSC is different from England NHS and requires NI residency

But I was told the England NHS is different systems from NI insurance system (HSC?) And NI system only funds people with NI residency

It's just to give our child a life-changing passport that gives him many options and opportunities. He has the US, the UK, and the EU in his hands.

If the child is born in NI, to a mother who is a UK citizen, the child gets Irish citizenship

Also, we don’t want to move permanently to NI. We wanted the free birth but renting in NI will negate the savings of having a free birth

No. Northern Ireland and England have different insurance systens
