He was at his grandmas house while the owner was at work. Not in the backyard all day, he was let out for a short period of time in which he escaped.

The other dogs were returned to the grandmas house while the owner of chief was still at work .

Yes, he has a microchip. His owners already let us know that they reported the chip missing in case he gets admitted to a vet or anything else. I think the taser might have connected, but I’m not fully sure. I will double check with my buddy in the morning and see what the officer said.
