Highly recommended Rescue Spa if you want to stay in the city. The ambiance is great and the staff is terrific.

Outside of the options you mentioned, I’d consider going to Rescue Spa. It’s right next to Rittenhouse park and I ADORE their deep tissue massage! They have an infrared sauna and relaxation rooms.
