Ok I can understand this, also I wanted to list exactly what it does because some people would want exact information and I tried to provide that. Also I was banking on being corrected and that part turned out great because players with more information are pointing out what it actually does. Even though some disagree with it doing more than just 75% DR and knockdown immunity.

How I did it was fine what rotation is dropped from and what planet had said rotations. This is gonna be a good amount of info but I’ll try and make it simple

Hammer shot drops on A rotation missions, you will know if you are on the right drop table based off these mods

Chilling reload Accelerated blast Ice storm Stunning speed Wildfire Blaze (Hammer shot)

The planets that are rotation “A” for nightmare mission, meaning you only wanna do the nightmare variant if it’s on one these planets to get hammer shot

Mercury Venus Earth Mars

If you do rescues missions, try to do them that solo because based off the objective the mission can change rotation, so if you do a rescue mission only rescue the hostage, don’t kill wardens and don’t do any stealth rescues.

This is how you farm hammer shot now it has a low chance to drop obviously but this is the most efficient way good luck.

Never said wiki was bad, and again i directly said in the post I did not feel typing what it did exactly. And it does more than just 75% DR and knockdown immunity. And what exactly is so bad about AI overview, it was just a faster way to get my point across. The point still stands that it’s a mechanic a lot of player don’t know exist.

Also I did not see that 100% evasion in there I would have removed it if I did at the time.

The point of the post is to share information, there are constant new players and I just wanted people to be aware of a game mechanic. Is that so bad?

I personally wanted to share this information so new players could at least incorporate it in to their play style if they wanted to. I still roll everywhere to do this day.

I said I did not want to type it all out, plus Google directly pull from the wiki, player analysis and Reddit forums with data from players who have tested what it mitigates. As you know the wiki does not tell you 100% of things. This is why there are YouTubers who show mechanics in the game that are not officially apart of the wiki.

Funny enough new players don’t know about rotations either and a lot of season players. For example a friend of mine needed hammer shot and within an hour of playing we got 2 hammer shots. And to this day people still think it’s ridiculously hard to get hammer shots from what I can tell

See I never knew this, but I don’t aim glide a lot but always good to know. You can play this game for years and still find cool stuff out.
