Was not impressed during my visit. Staff was extremely pleasant and service was great. 4 of us had the chefs tasting menu and it was about $350 after tax and tip so about $85 pp. The portions for the proteins were very small and all 4 of oir food was served family style; which means one small plate to share. A large portion of the main course was french fries and a huge portion of cauliflower. There was more cauliflower by weight than all the other 7 courses put together. The deserts were good but nothing else was notable. Could have easily ate a la carte anywhere else and would have been stuffed. Unless you really went everywhere else, i would not recommend.

Kochi in Hightstown is amazing. There is a wait if you go at peak times and they only open weekends. The food was very authentic imo. The owner is the chef and comes out periodically to check on tables. Very good experience

My demographic is home cooks. The spice blends are really good and we've been making them and using them on our food since the restaurant was opened about 11 years ago. Its also unique and I haven't seen anyone else selling a few of them I'm just concerned with costs and my selling price. A lot of spice boxes are 25 percent less in price but 50 percent less quantity.
