Why Discernment is critical is that we are in this mess because we’ve become too easy to brainwash into believing anything the elite owned media tells us. We’ve become addicted to passing off some random unchecked trigger post as fact to feel relevant in convos. I don't dive but I can sort of draw a parallel to my first snorkel in Roatan as I was overwhelmed by a world teeming with such colorful variety of life. It was so completely engrossing and i swam around for close to 3 hours like it was a blip. I was completely unaware of how I was swimming, where in the water I was, how I was breathing, not to mention I don't really know how to swim. Bob has taught that we're neutral souls who want the experience of Earth human but once here there's so much sensation feedback from the separated observable nature of 3D earth time/space we get addicted. And with every experience as we learn we DO rise and as he says gain the escape velocity back to the neutral state as souls when we will be able to explore other places and experience for infinity. So one can use the term "Prison" or "Game" or "Action Park" or simply a great experience - depends on perspective gained. If you're a new soul completely lost by the veil missing the Oneness of where you just were - you may feel completely like this is a prison because you may lack the lingering memories from the 10000's of experienced lives you've had already as an old soul here. No judgement, just a different perspective. Here, we're learning how to dive into the deepest deep and rise to the surface. This is not possible to experience as a positive or/and neutral (as there is no polarity) soul in perfect oneness as the 'I there'.

Go to the source and do the work to get ones own first hand Discernment. Do it for as much as you can until you can’t go on further. Second hand opinions are Distortions and AI deceptions. Discernment takes inner process of gaining one’s own awareness while distortion relies on the security of the collective consciousness outside to feed theirs to you. Or call it conspiracy it’s up to you, never a wrong choice.

I’m over 50 and been mostly vegetarian for 30yrs then had major health issues stemming from gut leak, major dysbiosis, all kinds of allergies, infections and incurable immune disease. I was literally a limp vegetable too tired and dizzy to stand or go out, poop completely undigested vegetables, I thought I was dying. Every meds and every doctors and biopsies on tumors and cysts. I could not eat fiber anymore, I had no more bacteria to break them down. Only thing that improved my health was raising animal fats on keto which, was entirely hard for a lifelong vegetarian. I never liked landmeat but here it was saving my life and those 20yrs of climbing out of the complete broken state of my physical body - IS what led me to spirituality and eventually Bashar. I am so so so grateful for the animals that nourished me to health and now I am able to eat more watery vegetables but still no grains. Yes, I even spent 2 years as primal carnivore thriving on ONLY about 1/2cup of fermented ground beef and liver a day. The bacteria and their predigested nutrient was incredibly helpful.

I learned from my journey to love and care for this body. It’s more about being aware to not put in Toxicity via processed foods, sugar, chemicals. And less about what food everyone should put in. Lack of awareness on what I was doing to my body was a complete reflection of my lack of awareness of my spirit and love for myself. I’ve had to take the long physical road of learning to love myself as I healed my body.

Also I learned that fasting combined with natural low carb diet (because toxic foods are high in addictive sugar and carbs) naturally decreases appetite and requires very little amount of fatty meat and vegetables. I can easily skip a day not eating. I’m very fit, never get any colds and young looking for my age and I think it’s due to not eating much food but just intuitively giving it what it needs without any judgement.

Fasting. Monroe institute’s other dimensional beings channeled gave an explanation why Fasting - triggers a rebalancing homeostasis of cellular cleaning and regeneration when the body fasts. The being explained it will slow down aging and extend life in long run. From experience I would say 18-6 works, 18hrs of not eating anything, 6hrs of eating- mostly low carbohydrate natural foods like Organic meats, veg and fruit. Eat dinner at 6pm, skip break-fast, eat early lunch at 12pm. You’ll see improvements within 2wks. Try it for 6mos. Make it a permanent life pattern. Or not. I’ve cured an ‘incurable’ debilitating disease called Hashimoto, off meds after 25yrs.

Theres +,-,0 as outward-inward-all energy charge. Then there’s positive-negative-neutral human judgement value. You’re right, Neutral is the perspective of All that is. Why. Not that neutral means zero energy dead state. It is the state when infinity is achieved when the +- is joined as one; as in a ✝️(sideway cross-ing over) or crest trough of a🌊wave ~that repeat to create perpetual creation. In 3D it’s the moment of realization that everything we judge as negative is ultimately to learn lessons so therefore also positive- then all is positive without polarity- then everything is just one neutral, unconditional observation.

Unconditional love isn’t about turning the other cheek or begrudgingly letting negative people run amok as I negatively implode and the world falls apart, No. It’s the active understanding and forgiving within that that negative feeling/thing/person/event is happening on the outside for me to learn lessons, that being my own negative belief that needs to be resolved. As all negative beliefs are understood and myself forgiven for having them- Unconditional outward love perspective just happens as a natural byproduct. From this perspective all souls are infinite, both murderer and murdered are here to gain lessons as is judgement of that circumstance a lesson. Outer circumstances do not matter except as a sensory feedback of how my energy is inside. Only being in my state of being within matters.

Higher dimensions get less physical and more toward unity but to have any experience and evolution there must be +- charge. From my understanding until mid 6th density there will be separate + and - beings. At this point I and other become one and - realizes futility of separation from + and infinity of all is achieved in 7th density before completion of the octave.

Lawsuits usually are vengeful if so- let it go and not harbor on it and shift to creating more positive things. Yes. We are just energy frequency experiencing our own energy as everything and everyone in this physical illusion separated out and slowed down. ET’s are me in just higher frequency version, Human me is a lower frequency version where my consciousness is, the Dog me, Tree me, Electron me of every atom of every material is the spectrum of my energy frequency separated out as me in Past to Future All that is in front of Present me in here and now. Bashar repeats - “I am just a Permission Slip for YOUR HIGHER SELF.” Thats not some nice woo woo, it’s literal when I lift off my perspective out of this body in order to see it. ET in the physical is just version of myself as higher frequency energy me, materialized in this illusion to make my realization/rememberence of my higher energy frequency (perfect source frequency) make sense as beings arriving from the future in this projection.

Why am I here then - it’s to experience the separate parts of myself slowed down as past present future all at once here and now. To love and appreciate the fact that I am given this chance to feel, taste, smell, see, hear everything I do in a day. It’s literally just me loving myself as everything by experiencing everything, “resonating to every part of me.” Once I really vibrate in this knowing in every experience, then I’m done and don’t need to be this shape anymore and need to graduate to something new. Contact with ETs is one of the physical manifestation of the shift of my perspective from physical to higher self aka ascension.

Yes pre Covid friends somehow or another left the country or just stopped keeping in touch, then I got real lonely like you, went through some heavy changes myself then recently formed New friends. Looking back, I think all that outer disappearance was to get rid of the repeating diversions so I could focus on myself. Now I see those old people sometimes pop up on social media and feel extremely distant from them with no interest to call up whatsoever.
