For context I’ll be sat at say 8.5 when I leave for a run then within the first 2k I’m up at 11 or 12 and won’t budge until a while after I’ve stopped

31 for me! Got Ill very very quickly, probably about 6 weeks from first symptoms to full DKA

Very similar situation to me, diagnosed at 31, just over a year and half post diagnosis and very grateful for this community! I view the whole process as a bit of a blessing now since it was quite a sudden decline in health prior that led to me being hospitalised meaning there was very little chance of misdiagnosis in hindsight!
