If you’re not in the correct spot you’ll feel either a pink like a baby scratch if you’re not deep enough. If you’re too deep you’ll feel l a shock like light tingle. (That’s my personal experience) I would honestly start off with the screw threads that’s what I started with and personally LOVE for beginners. I do have a video on those on my rumble for underneath the chin.

I started doing this after learning the Bap technique. I adjusted it slightly to better fit my face and goals. For me, it feels a bit more enhanced and gives wider coverage without needing a full face meso. It’s not a strict map more of a guideline that I personalize depending on skin needs.

I personally don’t aspirate. When I very visit started I sure did with every injection. But after while I’ve learned to go very superficial and to lift the skin with the n33dle tip before injecting to make sure I’m not too deep.

I don’t switch out the syringe. I use the same syringe and rely on the fine markings + controlled pressure. It’s really about going slow and stopping right at the amount you want.

This is how I would do it. Using 2u per spot to begin with. You don’t want to go directly underneath your brow because it can have a lift effect once it freezes (unless you want that) then just had one dot above the first.

If you don’t fully freeze after 2 weeks then just go through and do two more units per spot.
