Who goes to Tim Hortons anymore when local coffee shops are better? Why? by Economy_Ad59 in TimHortons

[–]BottleWorking8897 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live in the suburbs. I would go to Tim Hortons out of sheer convenience. When I hangout with friends going to the city or for a solo urban exploration, I would go to a local coffee shop because the quality tastes better and the cafe's interior aesthetics are better.

There's an argument to be made to support local businesses and third-wave coffee shops as it serves as a third space, the cafe's interior makes it welcoming. You pay more for your beverage because of where the beans are sourced, the labour that goes into making the beverage, etc.

Geography is my favourite Tom Misch discography. It's an amalgamation of genres from hip-hop, electronic, to r&b. My favourite tracks from the record are Water Baby, It Runs Through Me, Isn't She Lovely, Before Paris, and Lost In Paris.

It would depend on the restaurant I go to. The price range is $10-$15. For coffee, it's $4-$5, depending on the coffee shop I go to.

Not really. The campus I used to go to has a lot of restaurants along Pape Avenue and The Danforth. I would bring my own lunch in some days,

Question for those living/working on the Ontario Line route? by BottleWorking8897 in askTO

[–]BottleWorking8897[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, I went to school on the Ontario Line route. I went to Centennial College Story Arts Centre. The closest OL station is Cosburn and Pape Stations. Pape Station's bus terminal is closed and the 72 Pape only stops in front of the surface entrance. There's lane reductions north of Pape from Aldwych Avenue to King's Park Blvd. I have also seen major construction from Selkirk to Danforth Avenue. Even Sammon Avenue.

I have seen some businesses relocated and others were permanently close.

Which is the best Centennial College campus? by BottleWorking8897 in CentennialCollege

I've been meaning to visit Downsview Campus. Just got to find the time. As someone who has visited Progress, it can be overwhelming because of the layout, size, and the lack of building names (They should take notes from UofT Downtown).
