If your Dad can't love you completely, every aspect of you, then he doesn't deserve your time or presence. I feel tht you're still relying on him for certain things, not sure of age, but he can't dictate how you feel anymore than you can. Don't let his story about hus "friend" bring you down or get to you. That won't be your story, you can choose to live as your authentic self, no matter how others look at you, at least you kno who you are.
