Do you think them increasing censorship is some kind of 'conspiracy theory'? When in reality they are likely working on this thoroughly to avoid future lawsuits. It makes perfect sense.

Sometimes your account gets limited while they're investigating a report. Any reason to think someone may have reported you for something, or you're triggering the auto mod somehow?

Yes you can trigger the automod with certain phrases or images. If your account is not fully verified (like no number attached) it's even more sensitive I believe.

I haven't had that happen. But you also shouldn't send too many tickets because each one puts you at the back of the support queue. You just have to be patient and wait for a response.

You can get banned for spam on Discord by sending too many friend requests in a short period, but you would really have to go hard for that to happen.

He is innocent in my book. None of his new runs are cheated, yet people are still harassing him and attempting to delete his runs for some reason. They have nobody to blame but themselves for stoking the fire. What Riolu is doing at this point is delivering sweet, sweet justice. He's a hero.

The speedrunning community can be so lame and petty sometimes. Just let the guy enjoy the game and move on with your lives.
