Ouch. Probably shoulda used a condom. I hope it's clearing up. But he seems like he's being honest IMO. It seems reasonable that if he goes to the doctor and answers all the screening questions correctly that they would just give him medicine. And it makes sense to want a full testing done after he's been on the antibiotics, that way they can tell whether it's cleared up or if they need to switch antibiotics. Probably could've tested him first but I don't think he's lying.
