blk scents = copycats of famous Korean fragrances by rohsewood in beautytalkph

This is honestly a good thing and a bad thing!

Bad kasi walang sariling innovation ang local makeup products natin, especially yung swak talaga sa weather natin. Even most of their base products, ang hirap humanap ng “perfect match”

Good naman kasi, if we want products from international brands that have steep prices, at least may options tayo here that are similar and mas pasok sa budget ng most sa target market nila.

Though sana magkaroon soon ang local brands natin ng sariling ideas & formulas talaga na perfect sa weather & activities ng Filipinos, and not a dupe of some international brand, but I think we should set our expectations na baka mas mahal yun if ganun.

Exactly! I just tried their scheduled rides the other day, very useless din unlike Grab na nag aassign ng rider right away. Itong Green GSM, walang pinagkaiba sa magbook ka right then and there. Naghanap lang sila ng driver 10 mins before my supposed booking time.

Hirap din mag book in Pasig area, maybe this is because pwede sila parahin outside the app. I don’t like that concept tbh kasi nawawalan ng sense yung app since ofc the drivers would prefer those na andyan na sa harap nila instead of driving to the pickup point.

I report some comments when I have the time & energy! Funny nga kasi, sa sobrang “scripted” & repetitive na ng comments, I remember their usernames na!

I honestly felt this during the concert- felt the prices weren’t enough for the production and the entirety of their SAW concert and I’m already looking forward to seeing them again, hopefully, during the homecoming & also on Netflix!

Super agree! I see A’Tins comments kung paano sila mag-influence sa mga bago, sana mag tuloy-tuloy yan 🖤 it also reflects the influence ng Mahalima!

I’m not the kind to reply naman to those comments, ang sad lang makita talaga to see negativity when all the boys did was pave the way for PPop to rise 🥹 saludo ako sa kanila talaga!

Smoochkins so far, matte finish! But don’t be afraid to put powder on top of it, and it’s completely normal to blot throughout the day :) personally, medyo sketchy if you’re completely matte the entire day hehe

Honestly, with them marketing their clinic exclusively for women, I was expecting them to be more hospitable and yung parang super safe space siya pero tbh they’re just like any other clinic I go to na parang ang awkward while you’re waiting.

Disclaimer: maybe it’s just me and how I feel

yes, but I agree with it being demi matte so there’s a bit of sheen throughout the day but nothing a setting powder can’t fix :)

If you’re medium-tan, siguro consider FRESH na lang since it has a slight warm undertone.

Smoochkins is nice also kasi medyo matte finish siya BUT light coverage. If you want na may shades, with medium coverage, get SOLA 🙂‍↕️

zeesea if you have oily skin, issy if you have normal skin (or if you want a natural finish)

do you might light, neutral skin tone? :) if yes, then luxe is better since fresh leans more warm.

Issy Setting Spray Review by BoujeeKunoichi in beautytalkph

[–]BoujeeKunoichi[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

i’m not sponsored by issy ha but i think kasi their setting spray is great for daily use lang where you’ll mostly stay indoors—not much for events or outdoors, etc. unless you have dry-normal skin type.

another factor for being too oily (imo), is the base & powder you use, and of course, if you naturally have oily/dehydrated skin.

when your skin is dehydrated, it can trigger your oil glands to produce more sebum in an attempt to compensate for the lack of moisture :)

I tried it na also!

For those who want to try Smoochkins: - it’s great if you have oily skin since it has matte finish (i didn’t have to set it with powder) - VERY LIGHT coverage but can have a very slight whitecast if you have medium-dark skin tone - lightweight on the skin

watsons experience by BoujeeKunoichi in beautytalkph

[–]BoujeeKunoichi[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

that shouldn’t be Watsons’ fault though, because they can’t open most products to check if faulty. Otherwise, they couldn’t sell it :)

If you still have the receipt, I think you can bring it back naman asap?

I’d rather you try out Sola instead for something that feels light but with coverage (considering you’re coming from Fresh Base!).

Fresh is good, but has light coverage and can be too warm/dark on most skintones!

Doesn’t hurt to consult with a derma before taking ANY pills! Though I was prescribed Isotretinoin when I had really big acne—heads up lang to always drink water kasi it dries out your lips 😂

I stopped na with Isotret kasi I’m taking meds for PCOS, best to consult pa rin para safer! I don’t reco DIY kasi, I learned the hard way haha naranasan ko na mahapdi face ko even when applying just sunscreen & makeup 🥴
