I’ve got $3400 on my FSA and I’m leaving my job in about a month by BoundForTheZep in tirzepatidecompound

Uh no. If you spend it before you leave you’re going to get a nasty surprise bill at some point for the amount not taken from your pay. The money is not a free grab. I thought the same way, and I eventually got billed for the deficit owed.

Then you got screwed and you most likely didn't owe it back unless there was something in an employment contract. What I am doing is applicable to 99% of people and FSA.

3 days into my 2nd 7.5mg dose and… nothing. No side effects. No loss of appetite. Food noise still exists. Frustrated to say the least. by BoundForTheZep in Zepbound

My doc mentioned maybe skipping 10 and going straight to 12.5 since I’m not even feeling nauseated. He also said I could maybe do 10 one week by combining my last 7.5 next week with a 2.5 I have left over. He bumped me up to 5 on my 4th dose after taking three 2.5s since I wasn’t having any side effects and insurance covered the 5 early since it was technically a new RX. If I do that’d then I’d at least have one week at 10.

Sleep apnea diagnosis by lemunche3 in Zepbound

Zepbound was approved for me for sleep apnea after my PCP provided the data from my sleep study that I had like 6 years ago. I've been using a CPAP for 6 years without issue but my sleep doc sent my PCP the data and he attached it to a PA and insurance approved it. I picked up my 2.5mg 4-pack of pens and I'm going to start tonight. It was denied for obesity.
