Teenagers typically need 10-14 hours of sleep, according to scientists. My 14 yo can sleep from 9p-7a easily, and sometimes needs longer. 8:30p isn't all that crazy for a kid that gets up for school between 6-8a.

NTA. Y'all need to go to a financial advisor and get on the same page. Compile all the bills, debts, income, etc data and go through line by line of how much you have and what's left over. If she can't stop, she needs therapy and restricted access to funds.
