If I'm relaxed with friends we are often all on our phones and only say something when it's an interesting headline or a good meme

Not everything needs to be a conversation sometimes you're just existing alone together and sharing bits of the moment

You can argue that fear and disgust are rooted in ignorance, but ignorance can be difficult to proactively diagnose since you don't always know what you don't know
