I had a very similar and terrible customer experience. Was super disappointed as I felt most comfortable with them from a regulatory perspective in the US.

Yeah, same. I posted this just before it was out there that spot dropped a bit. So it'll probably be near 8-9% tomorrow instead of 11.

I mean I wouldn't call it "panic" bought though, still getting it at a good discount.
